Noah Ariel
Therapy for Parents Navigating Autism, ADHD and Family Life
Parenting a neurodivergent child — whether navigating autism, ADHD, sensory sensitivities, or emotional regulation challenges — can be deeply rewarding, but also overwhelming and isolating at times.
At Watershed Wellbeing, I offer a compassionate space for parents to pause, reflect, and strengthen the emotional resilience needed to support both themselves and their children. My approach is grounded in almost 20 years of professional experience working with young people and families — including 12 years at headspace — as well as the lived insight that comes from parenting two neurodiverse children of my own. I understand the unique pressures that come with supporting neurodivergent kids, and the importance of holding space for both your child’s needs and your own.
